Facebook post 90% off LLBean. Order placed. Read reviews. Called LLbean. No order placed. They are aware of the scam and are working with Facebook to take it down. They instructed me to call the credit card company. Called- they investigated- cancelled payment. 8 weeks later a package from china arrived with plastic sunglasses that we didn’t order. We were questioning why we got it. Then I got a letter from Security Services P.O. box 6090 Sioux Falls SD 57117-6090. They are asking that I sign a form if I have no contact with a Chinese merchant. That’s when I realized why we got the sunglasses. They have a shipping label looking like we had a business transaction. So, I need to know how to proceed. The form has a return date of August 1. They want me to pay $116.00 the total of the llbean order.
