I ordered a product from this website. I never got a shipment date or tracking number. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and after 10 days, PayPal was given a tracking number so they denied my claim…I looked up the tracking number and it said the item was delivered oh June 25th..I never received any item…funny thing is, it was a 500lb box, and the USPS has a limit of 70LB, so it could t have been sent by USPS. So what was tracked?? I’ve tried emailing them 4 times with no success.
