I ordered a sofa cover after seeing Facebook ad. Same product appears on Facebook with different company names. A lot of comments mentioning scam, I did not see these when I ordered. I ordered product on 5/12/2020. Still have not received. Went to local post office. Checked tracking # on Line Sofa.org website.As of 5/29/2020 their website claimed product was in NY. Order # is 251-891. Tracking # is SF6143150995763. I emailed them.
On 7/2 called number on their site. Spoke to "Ben". He assured me item was in Orlando airport. Asked to allow 2-3 business days to arrive. As of 7/10/2020 still not received.
Facebook page has a Vietnam addresss for web page. Website shows a California address? Product supposedly manufactured and shipped from China.
Filed claim with my bank also. Bank is investigating fraud claim,
