First, do not order online from this company. They sell a variety of things for the house,etc. I ordered a microwave which was priced about the same as Wal-Mart but they were out of stock for the one I wanted. I placed my order May 7,2020. Several weeks later, like the middle of July I received a package that was linked to the tracking number the company gave me. The package contained 2 surgical masks which I know I did not order. I sent an email about the package. I received an email that my package had arrived and I emailed them back advising that it was surgical masks which is not what I ordered. No more communication received from them. I constantly had to contact them about the tracking which if I had known the product was coming directly from China I would not have ordered. The website seem legitimate but no where did it state the product was coming directly from China. If you want surgical masks sure go ahead and order from this company. I am now having to fight with my bank to get a refund and I am hoping they are able to help. It was suppose to be an online purchase through Paypal but there is no record of it so they stated they cannot help. Another email address they use is [email protected]
