I purchased or made an order from Facebook marketplace as I’ve done before but not with this merchant. My order were confirmed and money taken out of my cashapp account onJune 1,2020, after waiting 2 weeks for response on my tracking I emailed through the site and my account profile from the site in reference to my tracking and order in which I still don’t have tracking for. Someone is constantly responding to me in an 2 weeks increment and never responds with shipping or tracking info but always respond to the fact that I say I think it’s fraudulent. I’ve been constantly asking for my refund literally every week at least 2 times a week but the only response I get is from android cellphone through my email and the response is go ahead and report it if you want but you won’t get your shoes in which I don’t have anyway . I made 2 separate purchases on same day one for me Nd one for my kids but haven’t received any thing not even tracking. I need my refund I DONT even want the merchandise (ugg slippers)
