I follow kinganthonyfitness on Instagram, and his videos look promising and made me believe that he sold a great workout plan. However, once I purchased the product the fitness plan was poorly structured. Not worth $50 dollars. It looks like a first grader wrote the workout plan. Not to mention that his program consist of links not an actual video.
