Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a Reebok step up bench from them and kept emailing for a shipping update. They replied and gave me tracking information, the item was shipping from China. I was shocked when a mask was delivered to me. Like a mask you are supposed to be wearing during Coronavirus. I tried contacting them for a full refund and they have not responded. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
