i recieved a call from someone named sean mccumskey claiming to be a lawyer and that io had a old bank account that i had never paid a balance on and that i was going to be sued in court if i didnt pay by the 28th of this month he also stated that i was going to be charged with a crime if i didnt pay i agreed to pay them but i know its a scam so im not going to pay i cant afford to

This Lady has called my home 3 different times claiming to be from some company out of Cincinnati,Ohio. ___Johnson&associates Phone number 844-225-3706___ saying that this company does mediation for some client and that my Son has a court date for a loan that he took out in 2009. This can’t possibly be true because my son was incarcerated all of 2009 and 2010. supposedly we would be able to pay the mediation company a fee to keep my son from being prosecuted to keep him from going to Jail. I explained to this lady that this is an impossibility because my son was in jail at this time. She said if we don’t pay your son is going back to jail.
