I placed an order with JGDress on 4/9/2020. The charge showed up on my account as Everliv Limited, and was, for some unknown reason, a duplicate charge, with one charge showing up as more than the other. As of 5/15/2020, I had not received my purchase. I reached out to the company to inquire about the shipment. I received an email informing me my order had shipped, along with a tracking number. I was unable to locate my package using the tracking number I was given. However, I finally received the package on June 8th. The order had indeed been duplicated, and I received four dresses instead of the two I ordered. The dresses were not well made, and did not fit as I expected. There was no return label or information included in the package. The only way to communicate with this company is via email, so I sent an email inquiring about how to return these items for a refund. I sent them an email on June 9th, requesting information on how to return the dresses. As of June 13th, I had still not received a response from the company, even though their policy clearly states they will contact you within 24 hours of receiving a complaint. It also states not to return the package to the address listed on the package. You are to be given an address by the customer service representative you speak with. On June 16th, I sent another email and attached a copy of the company return policy procedures. On August 4th, I sent a third email. As of today, August 7th, I have heard nothing back from the company. When looking at my account, the charge is listed to a company with a different name and email address. This is not the email address I ordered from EverlivLimited www.flowydress.com
