Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
A Google Ad listed the website for an IBlinds product. I purchased, then the next day realized my card was charged from outside the country though it listed the US as it’s location. Upon further investigation of the website, found many flags, like no response when making attempts to contact, and the address shown on the site for the US was not a legitimate one. Also, reviews and product listings appeared suspicious. Even furthur investigation found the product being shown was counterfeit and not an IBlinds product as listed. Attempted to contact to cancel the order and request a refund, and got no responses. I now have to cancel my card, which is a hassle, plus I may not be able to recover the lost money. Decided to protect others from fraud so reporting to Google ads service (which more than anything is what made them appear legit), and bbb as they are not yet listed.
