Website looked legitimate, so I purchased a $130 item. Received confirmation, but item did not ship for 10 days. I inquired via voicemail – since their email address on file does not work. Received what appeared to be an automated email containing the shipment information. Item was shipped, then subsequently ‘returned to sender’. No follow up from the company, cannot reach them. Want to prevent them from continuing to do this.
