They are a call center sitting in india and scammed me for $1399.99 by telling me that my computer have been hacked by viruses which Microsoft have been testing in my area, i called them several times to refund my money, but they are crooks with heavy english accent and dont wanna give me my money back, there are couple of other people who have been scammed in my area. Everytime I call different dudes with broken english answers with fake english names, at times they say they are Microsoft, sometimes Dell and so on depends which company we are looking for and when I ask for my refund they will transfer calls to the IVR and finally hang up all the time.
this is really alarming that they are still operating and scamming people.
