They verify your insurance coverage (in my case auto) and I thought it was something related to my recent auto loan. But my bank as well as my insurance company, are not associated with them and haven’t heard of them. They have my car information (make, model, VIN) insurance information, and other documents (credit union address, my home address, some of my auto insurance coverage information), loan number, policy number. They seem to be tracking my insurance. I haven’t entered in any personal information as far as SS# or payment information.
