We have never heard of this bogus company and only order through the company that services our machines. The invoice stated the amount was due and provided a ship date of 3/29/18.
One of our paralegals called the number provided on the invoice to get more information. There is only a voice mail available.

Our law firm received an "invoice" for toners for a copier in the amount of $1690. We do not pay for toner as it is included in our lease which was a big red flag. The bookkeeper brought the invoice to me as I do all of the ordering to double check this was a real invoice for something I ordered. We determined it must be a mistake, but after a quick internet search I realized it was a SCAM.

On or about December 28, 2015, *** *** *** LLC received, by postal mail, an invoice from a company called IT Tech Products. The invoice number 86742 reflected a balance due for 4 toners of $1,690. I found this invoice odd because our toners for our copiers are ordered through our copier service company based in New York City. Any other toners are ordered through Staples and/or Office Max. When I attempted to contact the toll free number listed on the invoice, I simply get a recording, "We are sorry, your call did not go through; please try your call later." Whenever you try to call back, there is never a ring tone, simply the recorded message.
