My sister received a call from someone who identified the agency as In House Counseling. They provided her with a phone number of 1-855-205-3208 and an extension of 2502 and advised that I need call back immediately. When I called they advised that Navy Federal Credit Union filed a complaint in Huntingdon Country against me for unpaid checks. When I asked where they were located she said California but the complainant was from North Carolina. I never lived in North Carolina. I used the Navy Federal branch in Summerville, SC. I have not used my Navy Federal account since 2013 roughly and know that to date it is currently inactive thus no checks could have been written. When I attempted to discuss the situation with the lady whom did not provide her name she became angry and began yelling at me and stated that they are going to call my employer and arrest me. I terminated the call.
