Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a set of their highly advertised magnetic lashes in October and received confirmation of the purchase and that they were shipped within 24hrs. It has now been 3 months and I have not received any product. I started to email the company at the start of December to inquire about the status, and the lack of tracking details. A tracking number was given, but it leads you to a not found link or a page that simply says "shipped". The business took zero responsibility and said there was nothing they could do and it was on the courier. I have sent back numerous emails now advising that as a supplier they are responsible for their shipping and courier effectiveness and now also requesting an refund, and I am continually met with the same response "Please be patient". There is no way a small lightweight package should take over 3 months to arrive, and the lack of care and responsibility is absolutely insulting and shameful. They provide no details as to where their business is located, there is no where to provide reviews on their Facebook page or website, and I strongly believe that this company is scamming their customers out of money, taking credit card information and thinking that that they can get away with this. I would suggest avoiding this company at all costs!

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
The product never shipped. When I emailed support they said they would look into it. Then I contacted them of facebook. Though they said they were refunding me on july 28. As of today i have yet to get my refund.
