I received a letter saying I won 2,615,510 euros. It would be released for payment by The Paying Bank and government taxes couldn’t be deducted from the winning amount due to insurance bond policy. I was to not tell anybody about this until I had received my money. I would need to contact Dr. Antonio Sanchez who’s the Foreign Service Manager. 10% of my winnings belonged to Bilbao Seguros S.L.
