Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I was first contacted through a text message on my phone offering me a pet sitting job.
A woman by the name of Debbie Hale, [email protected], requested my contact info.
Debbie Hale sent me emails with details of their request.
She offered to pay me $400 a week and that they would send me a check in advance.
The check that sent and received in amount of $4800.
Debbie Hale stated that their financial manager, INTL FCStone, patricia Walker, sent the wrong amount to me.
They were to send a check for $4400 to a pet supplier and $400 to me.
They asked me to deposit the check in amount of $4800 in my account and refund the over payment of $4400 back to them.
If it sounds to good to be true it usually is.
