This man called my office asking to speak with me. The connection was poor, but he left a message saying his name is Mark Arnold with the Idaho Sheriff’s Department. He said “it’s very urgent” that he speak with me. The number left is not affiliated with a business. There was no answer when I called back but a voicemail system. I called the local sheriff’s department, and they had never heard of him.
