I have an friend in jail who has been trying to contact me he has serious medical conditions that need us to be in contact. This company calls me, says hes trying to call and they can assist in setting up an account for him to call. The terminology is such that they work with the jail which they do not. They collect all the info and then tell you they assigned a completely different number for you to tell your inmate-which you can not as you can’t contact them and supposedly this new number links to your own number but charges differently through a third party. To cancel they are happy to do this however keep $9.99 for getting you the number! However the links on the wedsite DO NOT work so it says cancel anytime no hassle but that link is disabled and I had to call and wait for a rep to handle.
Please stop this!
