My credit card was charged $949.76 for merchandise from Nest Labs in CA. Someone stole my credit card information and charged this amount. It has been reported and is being disputed. I then received a package from Ingram Micro CFA, I have tried to call them to return the package and report the incident and no one can seem to help me. All very sketchy as the people I speak with are all foreign, when I ask to speak to a supervisor they can’t provide access to one. I am trying to do the right thing by returning the package and they won’t take it back.They say because I don’t have a vendor #, they can’t process a return or refund. All very suspicious.
