The Independant Landlord association (NAIL) has a rent collection program that collects money from the tenants and then transfers into landlords bank account for a fee which is deducted from the rent collected. NAIL automatically collects the rent from the tenants bank account but DOES NOT transfer the rent collection into the landlords bank account. In other words they keep the rent and the fee. Theft. They advertise this service on their website. www.nail-usa.com
At one point it was a successful program until all of a sudden the rent kept being collected but stopped being tranferred. At first NAIL would have some type of excuse bring the account up to date and then the same infraction occured months later until it simply stopped being tranferred all together. Phone calls to resolve the situation and e-mails stopped being returned.
