I keep getting calls from this number asking for someone that isn’t from me (Claude Kissner) threatening to move forward in the process. They won’t give me any information, just say that they’re in house processing and when I tell them that they have the wrong number, they hang up on me. I have called back to try to get them to remove me from the list and they will say they have removed me but call again. I even managed to talk to a supervisor once but they asked me who do I think I’m talking to? and hung up on me. I just want them to leave me alone.
The only information they would give me is a Case number SRJ335

Eric Williams calling to say that I owe on a credit card that has been paid for 5-6 yrs threating me they are going to serve papers and take me to court if I do not settle right now while I am on the phone for pretty much the same amount that I paid the company initally 5-6 yrs ago which was Merrick Bank ….

They state I have a credit card unpaid from years back and that they are sending the process server to my home or my job, then once I tell them they are a scam either the state they have all my information and they are going to put it out in others hands to take advantage and get into my credit and bank accounts or they hang up the phone
