My wife was scammed by someone telling her that her companies electrical was going to be shut off unless she went and purchased $1,000 in Reloadit cards and give the numbers to the scammer. That portion was resolved and we were able to deactivate the cards. The original claim was filed on 6/15/18 and at that time we were told that a check for $1,000 would be mailed to us. Since then it has been one lie after another that a check had been cut and mailed, which never arrived. We have tried time after time to get our money and now we find out that the company isn’t really Reloadit it’s Blackhawk Network. There appears to be no end in sight and I just want my money back and people to be aware of this shady company.
