Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
They called claiming to be RICOH (who we use for our printing) saying that the price of our regular toner has gone up but they will secure us at our regular price. At our company, we do not even pay for toner (we have a contract) so this was a blatant scam to us, though they have gotten a few receptionists in the past. They have called numerous times within the last few years, now if they hear my name they will instantly hang up because I have already reported them and threatened to call the police. Oh, and they also have a few different patsy corporations for when they need to switch names.
