This Company is fraudulently advertising that they sell "King Koil" premium mattresses. However when the package arrives they are actually selling a cheaper mattress with a brand name tag of "Aspen Euro top", by Coaster. The specifications are not even close to being the same.
When contacted they say that they have a contract with a white label mattress company to make King Koil mattresses. If this were true the label would be white and not have another brand on it. Customer service just says that I was sent what I ordered. No help at all. I have asked for a full refund with no response!
