This company is contacting our exhibitors by phone and email for our event and using our name falsely to gain their business. They are offering discounted hotel rooms. They have been doing this for the past few years and we’ve had people book through them and end up with no hotel room at our event.
I have a copy of the email that is attached showing them misrepresenting our event and name.
