Sent email for travel fee for puppy. Supposedly from Halifax Nova Scotia to Surrey BC. Requested $400 for initial shipping. Claimed puppy was in their warehouse awaiting payment. Wanted to pay either through Money Gram site or directly through their site with a credit card. Website registered in Mali Africa, business address in Atlanta Georgia.
