I ordered a simple case for my iphone 6s plus. They sent me a pair of sunglasses. I emailed them about the error and sent pics per their request of what I received in error. They admitted they were at fault. They will not refund me my money back nor will they send me what I ordered. I get excuses they its out of stock when I checked its not. They offered my $5.00 in a refund. I just either want my product or my refund. I even offered to send back the sunglasses. They suggested that I try to sell it. They said full refund is unacceptable. So, basically I was scammed. I get no product that I ordered or no refund. I have a pair of useless sunglasses. Their error, not mine and they won’t help.
