Type of a scam Tech Support
"ezonline support" hijacked a website my father-in-law was viewing, which caused him to call the number, and they then charged his credit card. Following that, they had him help set up remote access on his laptop to "fix" his computer, which he bought two weeks ago. I cut his internet connection halfway through their "fix," at which time they called him back to tell him his computer was fixed. Google suggests their site may have been hacked at the time I searched them again using my computer.
