Paid $9550 for deck. Eric Kirkland did not provide materials and did not do the work. After I contacted the local Calhoun county sheriffs office I found out he is not a licensed contractor and has several outstanding civil charges for this scam and an outstanding charge with the IRS. He understands the legal system and how much money to take ensure he is not charged with felony theft.
