Found a puppy on Exquisite Teacup Puppies website, they were supposed to be located in Chesapeake, VA. Seller was asking for an advance fee through my bank account. Did not feel comfortable giving them that so I checked with the BBB in Hampton Roads to confirm the existence of this business. They informed me that the company is most likely fake, as they could not find any credible information that the business even exists in Virginia.
According to Whois.com the website has not been registered and when checking the website it seems to be nolonger active.
