Type of a scam Online Purchase
Tried to purchase an item for $31.00 on 3/31/2018, and didn’t receive so I reached out to the company on 4/18/2018 and was told I had been issued a tracking number. Tried to verify tracking number and their "tracking service was have technical difficulties" and USPS confirmed the tracking number had been created but never given to them to ship (wasn’t scammed into the postal system). I reported the issue to the owner who replied they also see that the tracking service was down. On 4/25/2018 I reached out to ask for refund because obviously I realized at this point I had been scammed but of course they won’t give my money back and stand firm saying the package was shipped on 4/8/2018 from Draper, Utah. Today is 4/27/2018 and I still haven’t received my order. SCAM SCAM SCAM. And their FB page says they’re based out of Portland, Oregon.
