An "operator" using 347-391-5557 calls and asks, "Can you hear me?" I responded "Yes," and then the "operator" continues with other Yes or No questions. By that time, you can tell it’s a robocall. At the end, the "operator" says she’ll connect you to a representative, but then the call drops instantly.
