Called today saying i had an outstanding (warrent)or debt with edgar county circuit clerk claiming they were the clerks office.reminds me of ernest board sonya board who was employed with ingram waste disposal in paris il.61944 who had mailed me an outstanding trash bill.that i did not owe when i lived next door to his brother at *** *** **. Paris il.i have had conflict with these brothers since i was a teenager of hearing rumors of them making threats about some old lady.joe vitale ect.and i have had money stolen from my bank accounts numerous times in the last eleven years.
