Good price for used car listed on sacramento craigslist. Seller requested full name, address, and phone# so that an "eBay representative" would provide me with payment instructions. The terms required payment first, then five days for inspection of the car (in NE – I would have to travel from CA). Then they would deliver the vehicle. They did not provide the eBay item number after multiple requests.
