I was on the internet when this message popped up and I was told that I needed to call 1-800-972-7591 because my computer had been compromised. I panicked, and called. This person said he needed to remotely clean out my computer to fix it…I foolishly gave remote control of my computer to see if it was compromised and he supposedly fixed it. I want to know if I should try to get my money back because this place is a fraud? I just had this happen to me a few weeks ago. This will not happen again…no more remote control unless it is someone I seek for help. Can you tell me anything about this?
