Ordered via website, ad seen on facebook advertisements. Telephone number provided as contact, does not return calls. Email address does not send. Contacted the "lovely baby" contact as this is listed in the websites shipping policy and found by this company that they aren’t active during the month of December (this when my order was placed) and upon their investigation their FAQ was copied to the easy woodworking.us site and are not affiliated at all. Easy woodworking did send an initial email confirmation for the order with a tracking number, however when tracked via the tracking number the progress bar stays at 75%. It is said to ship via USPS.
