Dream-faster is a company listed on Amazon. They do not honor returns for damaged products. I ordered a heavy glass object from them. Due to poor packaging, the item was received but broken. The first attempt at resolution from the company was to offer me a 10% discount and keep the item. Then, they offered a shipping label that wasn’t in English: shenzhen mengyida shiye youxiangongsi, futianqu shatoujiedao chegongmiao, tianxiangdasha 9B1-03-155, shenzhen guangdong 518000. For all I know, this could say drop off into the ocean or burn upon reading or whatever. Plus, I was expected to pay for shipping and insurance. This cost as much, if not more, than the actual product. There was no indication whatsoever on Amazon that this product was coming from China. When I asked Amazon to get involved with their A-Z refund process, they contacted the seller. I was then offered an address in CA that proved to be a wharehouse which houses 4 companies all with Mexican names. The California address offered no distinction, just the wharehouse address. This appears to be a scam, and I was also expected to pay for shipping. Again, meaning I am still out the cost of the object.
