I purchased two pairs of shoes from their online store. Got the shoes, they were not true to size, much too big, and they were the smallest size available. Contacted them for a refund, as their website states they provide them. Getting nothing but a run around, trying to convince me to keep the shoes and try to give them away to friends. Finally offered a refund, they are willing to refund me $3 from an almost $75 purchase.
