Found ad online to purchase a puppy, Diane and I agreed upon $780 for a puppy, but only paying $580 up front until the puppy was shipped to me. The morning the puppy was supposed to arrive, Diane said she needed $400 additional dollars for insurance and USDA paperwork or the puppy couldn’t fly. I told her that I didn’t want to proceed with the transaction after this sudden hike up in price. I asked her for my money back multiple times with her saying she will send it, but she never does
