They use the same language that Dominion Electric uses and make you think that they are legit. After they get you to go to cvs and get a card to put the money on and call and give the confirmation number. They have the nerve to call back and say that you gave the wrong amount and they want you to do it all over again. But add a $100.00 on the amount to correct the mistake and to keep your services from being cut off.
