I have been contacted twice within the last 3 months from 2 different companies claiming to be with Microsoft. They say that either I signed up for automatic renewal or that I had a software update that I needed to pay for. In both of these instances I didn’t request these. When talking to their supervisor they tell you that you have to go online to fill out a reimbursement form. That’s how they get your information. When I asked to speak to a supervisor and told them that this was a scam they hung up on me.
