Type of a scam Investment
Posing as owner for the property at *** *** *** *** *** *** He will send an email saying he is looking for someone to rent his house for$1500. The house listed in different real estate property sites such as Trulia, Zillow, rent.com. He will ask you to view the house from the outside because he has the key and he is in Texas (Houston to be exact). Email would be something like this: Thanks for the email. The House is very much available and will only be given out to someone who can take very good care of the place and its appliances. Appliances include laundry facilities, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and other necessary facilities. I am giving out the house for rent as a result of my transfer Texas.
I will be giving out the house for $1500/month including utilities such as electricity ,water and garbage with a security deposit of $1000. I need to inform you as well that money is not the major reason why I am renting it out but need someone who can take care of it as if he/she owns it while I am away .
So let me know as soon as possible if you are that person, so we can discuss the rent further. Pets are allowed in the house.
We initially planned to sell the house through a real-estate agent but we had a change in plan and decided to rent it out now.
