I contacted the posting about a rental listed on Craigslist. this Gentleman Robert Orr messaged me back stating there’s a lockbox that he has to get the code for me to go in the property(by myself) next day when I was to go to the property, he stated he works on an oil rig and is stuck but I can send him the deposit and monthly payment and then he can get the code. also, sent a lease to be signed. I drove past the property and it has maintenance code violations on the front window.
