This person hacked someone I know on Facebook, sent me info through messenger of some money I have won. Then told me to call and see if I won money. Then told me I did win and I had to pay for the delievery. That cost was $5,000. He convinced my relative to pay $4000 and once I couldn’t pay the rest, he dropped the conversation and wouldn’t state a refund. Furthermore, everyone knows when you win something, you don’t have to pay for delivery.
