Type of a scam Online Purchase

I came across this website https://cutepoodleteacupups.com. A puppy scam. There were no names mentioned anywhere. No phone contacts anywhere on the website. When I looked into the domain. They have opened this website in Aug 2020. They email you back saying "hello". They reply very quickly. They give out information about selling puppies similar to the attached image. Through Email they attach various photos and videos to attract the buyer.

They said "Yes have deliver there many times once you send me your address and name and I confirm the payment in my cashapp then I will ship it first things tomorrow when I wake up and you will get it in next 4 hours " . Looks like they use cash app & zelle. I suspect this to be a puppy scam /consumer scam.
