Made an agreement to purchase a vehicle for $9000. I made arrangements, and paid for to have the vehicle inspected by an outside auditor. Then the dealer called the next day and told me the inspector called and made arrangements with the dealer for inspection. He also stated he raised the price to $9500. I agreed to pay the raised price. I received the inspection the next day and called the dealer to make arrangements to have the vehicle picked up and delivered to me. The dealer then told me he sold the vehicle out from under me to another party.
