Rachel Bishop called me with the Consumer Protection Division. She said that I had $750,000 that they have tried to deliver to me 5 times and per the law they have to call. She told me all I had to do was send them a cashier’s check for $1,750.00, I told them I didn’t have $1,750 to send and she told me to contact attorney Fred Miller Bar #3975505 out of NY, his phone number is 646-968-2654, he said that he would make arrangements with Rachel.

Received call moments ago stating last chance to validate and receive a cashier check from American Sweepstakes Network for $750,000. IDed himself as Robert Garcia, 347-868-6896. Further stated back on Saturday 16 November 17 I had won 2nd place winnings. Then asked questions which seemed out of place, I didn’t answer, he said for me to call claims department at 866-224-2143 give my claim number, ASN0908KT they then explain what to do. And that there was a 1% insurance, $7,500, which was refundable. I then looked up on internet, sure enough a scam !!! Beware…

Phone call message to call them back at 571-363-4291. I called. A person called back saying he was officer Steven Grossman with the Consumer Protection Bureau. He said I needed to put some upfront money to insure I would pay the taxes on the $750,000 I had won. I needed to call 866-978-4777 and speak with the people whose sweep steak this was. I took that information but did not call. Shortly another "officer" from the Consumer Protection Bureau called to ask if I had questions about the previous call. I told him I thought it was a scam.
