The website advertises items to sell and accepts payments via paypal only. They don’t ship the item. They don’t update the customer and immediately bounce most emails to their email address. They report the item as shipped to paypal, respond to paypal emails. They used a stolen tracking number to make the item appeared shipped (same zip code; different delivery address).

Coitem is not a real website. When you purchase a product from them they do not send you anything. I thought I purchased an inflatable pool but it never came. However they managed to have a tracking number. They charged me for it and you cannot contact anyone at their company to dispute. They also hacked into my email account, Netflix account and my Walmart account. They are scam artist and identity theirs.

They had a listing for a Della small compact portable washing machine on the website for $54.99. They took my money on 7/7/2020 via PayPal and then sent me a USPS tracking number on 7/8/2020. When I tracked the number it showed an item had already been delivered on 6/29/2020. I emailed them from the email address and it bounced back, not deliverable. I called the phone number on the website and it’s a constant busy signal. I’m not able to login to the account I created on the website and clicked on forgot password. I didn’t get an email from them allowing me to change my password. These people don’t even exist as advertised. They are stealing from poor people like me and getting away with it.

This fake company sells assorted items. Once you place an order with them, they provide you with a tracking number. However the tracking number they give you is stolen and has already been used by another company to ship goods to you.

I placed an order with this company on 7/8/20. The tracking number they gave me was for a purchase I made on Amazon that shipped on 7/1/20. They are a scam, you will never see any purchase. They only accept paypal, so you have to open a dispute with them to get your money back. Complete FRAUD, stay away
